Cancel Order
If you request cancel your order before we ship it, you will be charged a 7% handling fee.
If you request cancel your order after we ship it, your refund will be deducted from a 7% handling fee + round shipping costs.
This time is based on the time we receive your cancellation request, not the time you submit your request. Our working hours are 9:00 am to 18:00 pm GMT+8.

VIPCOO electric scooters, electric bicycles, and electric dirt bikes are eligible for return and refund requests within 14 days of receipt.Once the accessories/equipments/repair parts are shipped, they cannot be returned or refunded.

1. The returned products must be unused;
2. The returned products must be in the original packaging;
3. The returned products require the packaging to be undamaged and the accessories to be complete, and not affect the secondary sales;
4. If the results of the returned product inspection do not affect the secondary sales, we will deduct the return shipping fee and refund, and the return shipping fee is subject to the actual amount;
